This weekly gathering was born from the desire to create a meeting that is both meditative AND relational. It’s a place for people to come together to deepen their awareness, through meditation and mindfulness techniques, while also being connected to others. It’s where people can learn tools and techniques to be more present to themselves and more comfortable being alone while being part of a group. Each week is different and attuned to the group on that day. Through guided meditations a safe and grounded space is created to support states of meditation. A variety of mindfulness exercises are used to enhance presence by bringing awareness to what is happening inside us and around us in each moment. We use facilitated enquiry to explore the different feelings, sensations and insights that are experienced so that they can become more integrated and embodied and be shared.

Who is the group for?

The gathering is for anyone who would like to have a time in the week to focus on learning or deepening meditation practices and developing tools to enhance their relationships. It is suitable for complete beginners to this type of group and also for those who have had extensive experience with therapy and/or meditation. We provide a safe a supportive environment and the group is light-hearted – so we have fun too!
