After a long and rewarding career as a business owner in the fashion and retail industry, I followed my passion into community service, ultimately discovering a love for wellness and biodynamic craniosacral therapy.

I bring a heart-centred, calm and kind presence to my cranio sessions. Through my work, I support clients to come back to their centre, feel more in touch with their bodies, and find
increased health and vitality in their systems.

I absolutely love my work and am continually amazed and delighted by the bodies innate ability to transform and heal. My practise is located in South Golden Beach and I’m also happy to work distantly.
